Balls...rolls

I always think of how I can prepare a unique fruit salad and at the same time make a statement out of it. A salad should always look fresh and palatable. I just used a baller for these, well it was quite an effort but worth it. Watermelon, Honey dew (green) and melon were the fruits available. Not realizing that I already a collection of espresso cups since it is my favorite accent for my photo shoots.
